COMMITMENT

Communication in our office, as well as with the Owner and the other members of the Design
Team, is emphasized to provide a well-coordinated building design. One of our principals,
actings as the Project Sponsor, reviews the efforts of our entire office and acts as the primary
point of contact.

Quality control and project coordination is facilitated by the involvement of the primary
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designers throughout the entire project. Each of the
primary designers participate in every phase of the project, from concept design to construction
administration.
