DESIGN APPROACH Bredson + Associates, Inc. approaches each project as a unique design challenge and refrain from imposing a "cookie cutter" design on any project. Our personnel's technical expertise, analytical skills, and common sense approach to MEPF system design, gained from their previous experience with a myriad of different building projects, allows us to provide the appropriate system design on your specific project. This experience includes the design of systems for additions and renovations of existing facilities as well as those for new structures. We are particularly aware that a building's MEPF systems are some of the most important factors in the user's long term satisfaction with any building, even though most of these systems are not visible. Bredson + Associates also takes great pride and effort in integrating those visible MEPF components into the overall aesthetic concept of the project. In our continuing effort to ensure the Owners receive accurate bids from the Contractors, Bredson is committed to the production of quality Bid Documents that clearly and concisely conveys all essential information. Drawings and specifications are coordinated and designed to compliment each other to provide a complete understanding of the work required for the MEPF building systems. Information is also included in the Bid Documents specifically for Codes Administration Review. By integrating state-of-the-art computer technology with practical human engineering judgement, Bredson + Associates can design and produce complex MEPF projects in a timely manner. Computers are utilized as tools in the hands of our experienced designers. All of our staff utilizes computer technology for energy analysis, engineering calculations, equipment selection, document preparation, and word processing. To facilitate timely and accurate data transmission between members of the Design Team, our office is capable of transmitting data via email. |
