Drumright Hospital Drumright, Oklahoma Bredson + Associates, Inc. engineering design responsibility was for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for a new 42,000 sq ft, __ bed community hospital. The heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system is gas heating and natural gas chilled water-cooling controlled by an energy management system. Electrical distribution is a 277/480 Volts, three phase, 4 wire system for lighting and motors 3/4 HP and larger and a 120/208 Volts, three phase, 4 wire system utilizing step down transformers for general receptacles and small equipment loads. An emergency generator provides power for the life safety, critical, and equipment systems in the hospital. Medical gas systems, oxygen, vacuum, medical air and nitrous, are piped throughout the hospital. The hospital is provided with a fully automatic sprinkler system and an addressable fire alarm annunciation and detection system. The following auxiliary systems are installed in the hospital: nurse call, public address, medical gas alarm, and raceway for telephone, data and security. Construction Completed: Spring 2000 |
