This project consisted of preparing the mechanical and electrical design paramenters for a
Request for Proposal (RFP) that was issued to Design/Build Contractors. The facility consists of
a multi-purpose room, snack bar, eating area, office space, male & female locker rooms and
separate storage/pod equipment facility. The pool itself is utilized and marked for district swim
meets. The pool also features a kids pool, water spectacular and water slides. Building was
completed in 2002 at a cost of $3.2 million.
