Blue Ridge Bank Lee's Summit, Missouri This project involved construction of a new 12,000 s.f. 3 level bank to serve as one of the Blue Ridge Bank and Trust branches. The lower level was composed of storage space and large meeting space. The main level was composed of an open lobby with work stations to one side, a safe, offices, conference room and teller spaces. The upper floor is a large finished open space that would be sub-divided into offices in the future. Design considerations: |

Conditioned by multiple split system air conditioners using high efficeiency furnaces and remote located condensing units. Mechanical rooms on the lowest floor and the top floor. Parking lot lighting design was included. Power the elevator and vacuum blowers for the drive-up teller stations. |
