CHRISTOPHER R. BOULDIN, P.E., LEED AP Since joining Bredson + Associates, Inc. in 1993, Mr. Bouldin has gained experience in the design of mechanical and plumbing systems for sports facilities, schools, churches, hospitals, detention centers, computer centers, and office buildings. This experience includes steam and hydronic heating systems, air-cooled and water-cooled chilled water systems, water source heat pump systems, including geothermal; medium and low pressure air systems, packaged unitary systems and split systems. Mr. Bouldin became a principal in 1996 and currently holds the position of Secretary. Chris received his LEED Accredited Professional registration in 2004. Chris's responsibilities include being Engineer of Record for the mechanical/plumbing portion of the project, head of the mechanical department, quality control of mechanical & plumbing drawings and maintaining existing client project management.
